Agronomists and Oenologist

The collaboration with oenologist Emiliano Falsini and agronomists Stefano Dini and Dario Ceccatelli stems from a mutual interest in enhancing Umbrian wines with particular reference to Colli Perugini and the Montefalco area where the Goretti family has for generations cultivated vineyards and produced wines with native varieties typical of the area such as Grechetto, Sangiovese and Sagrantino.

Agronomists Stefano Dini and Dario Ceccatelli provide consulting for vineyard management, from the creation of new plantings to the agronomic assistance necessary for grape production, through pruning, phytosanitary management and agronomic management during the vegetative phase of the plants.

Emiliano Falsini

Emiliano Falsini, as oenologist, together with the ownership ensures the company style of the wines through monitoring in the vineyards and subsequent technical assistance during all processing phases, a work that begins from the grape harvest to the bottling of wines through constant periodic tastings and continuous discussions with all company staff.

Constant discussion with periodic tastings is essential to ensure maximum correspondence with the territory and the varieties cultivated; our growth path goes through continuous experimentation, pursuit of quality and constant dialogue with all company components, which is why we have decided to collaborate with a staff capable of interpreting our needs and helping us in a path of constant qualitative growth.

Our objective is to produce identity wines, with a strong territorial bond and capable of speaking the language of our region, a path undertaken many years ago and which today continues with the collaboration with Emiliano Falsini, catalyst of the company’s will to produce wines with a strong territorial connotation in a modern key.
