  • Products are intended exclusively for persons of legal drinking age

  • We reserve the right to modify available vintages based on stock

2.2 Experience Bookings

  • Experiences include: tastings, cooking classes, e-bike tours, corporate events
  • Availability is subject to booking and confirmation
  • Minimum/maximum number of participants may vary by experience type

3. Registration and Account

3.1 Account Creation

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events
  • For damaged packages, report immediately to the courier and to us

7. Right of Withdrawal (Products)

7.1 Withdrawal Terms

Pursuant to the Consumer Code (applicable EU regulations), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide reasons.

8. Experience Cancellation

  • 7 to 3 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days before: no refund
  • Date modification is possible (subject to availability) up to 3 days before

8.2 Cancellation by Cantine Goretti

  • In case of bad weather, technical problems or other force majeure causes
  • The Customer will receive full refund or possibility to reschedule
  • Notification will be made at least 24 hours in advance

9. Warranties and Claims

9.1 Legal Warranty

  • Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity (2 years)
  • In case of defects, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination

9.2 Defects or Damages

To report defects or damages:

  • Contact customer service within 8 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • Keep the original packaging

9.3 Procedure

  • We will evaluate the report within 48 hours
  • In case of confirmed defect, we will provide replacement or refund
