“Alchémia” describes the alchemy that unites the last three generations, who still collaborate daily in the cellar today, passing down values and vision.
Its naturalness is the result of a respectful approach that enhances the authenticity of the raw material and the bond with the land.
A distinctive element is the presence of yeasts in the bottle, the result of a method that does not involve disgorgement, preserving the authentic essence of each fermentation.

  • Taste

    Al naso presenta sentori di frutti bianchi e di lievito. E' fresco, profondo e cremoso con perlage fine e persistente.

  • Pairing

    Ideale abbinamento ad antipasti, primi piatti e preparazioni a base di pesce e carni bianche.

  • Color

    Il vino ha tonalità giallo paglierino.

  • Vendemmia

    Raccolta manuale delle uve. Pressatura delle uve in maniera soffice in modo da conservare i lieviti autoctoni presenti nelle bucce, chiarifica naturale statica a freddo, fermentazione e temperatura controllata a 16°C.

  • Maturazione

    In acciaio inox, 6 mesi in bottiglia con seconda fermentazione primaverile senza sboccatura.
